These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services provided by HEY WHAT'S NEXT PTY LTD ("What's Next", "we", "us", or "our"), including the What's Next platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate through the Services ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant What's Next a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Services.

Published Content

If you choose to publish User Content through the Services, such content becomes public and may be accessed, viewed, shared, reused, forked, or built upon by other users or third parties. Publishing is an intentional action and cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish and for any consequences that may result from such publication.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to upload, distribute, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or to disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the Services or other users' use of the Services. What's Next reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

AI-Generated Output

The Services may generate outputs using artificial intelligence. Such outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Availability and Changes

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." What's Next may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. What's Next may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law or to protect the integrity of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What's Next shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
